Cooperate with our team for timely decisions and approvals during event planning.
Ensure that no illegal, hazardous, or unethical activity takes place during the event.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, transport issues, or third-party defaults.
6. Vendor and Partner Coordination
In cases where third-party vendors (decorators, caterers, photographers, etc.) are involved:
We act as coordinators and facilitators to ensure smooth collaboration.
While we recommend and manage vendors with care, we are not liable for direct issues arising from third-party services outside our control.
Any disputes with vendors hired directly by the client are the client’s responsibility.
